Everything you want to know.
Can't find your answer? Our team answers by phone or on WhatsApp, 7 days a week.
Message us on WhatsApp
How is the price of a trip set?
You choose. After posting your request, you receive prices from drivers near you. You compare and accept the offer that suits you: that price no longer changes.
How does payment work?
You pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip. You pay the price of the offer you accepted, nothing more.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes, from the app. If a driver is already on the way, call us or message us on WhatsApp: we will take care of it.
What if I receive no offer?
This can happen when few drivers are available. Post your request again a little later, or contact us and we will help you.
How do I become a partner driver?
Download the app, create your account with your phone number and send your documents (photo, driving licence, vehicle registration). As soon as they are verified, you receive your first requests.
In which cities is Twassali Go available?
For now in Algiers. Blida, Boumerdès, Tipaza, Oran, Constantine and Sétif are coming soon.
